This is a very rare Kuchi Vintage Tribal Ethnic coin Pendant.
You can use it as you like.

There is a special bail or hook attached to the coin that itself has a Blue glass stone and the coin has a Red glass stone inlaid in it.

The coins have a diameter of 1.1 inch and a total length of 2.1 inches including bail.
