It's an old handmade Afghan banjara vintage necklace made from a trim.
You can remove the button and button hole and can use it as a trim also.

There are 48 dull antique silver charms attached to a green and pink cotton trim hanging in the necklace.

The round length of the necklace is 24 inches.
